Eveything goes the same as before except its woking capacity. This is the hydraulic guillotine shear with model no. QC11Y-40x3200, which means that the machine will be for cutting cabon steel with thickness that could reach 40mm and length of 3200mm.
It is considered generally that for a plate with thickness over 30mm plasma cutting is recommended. But for some special working purpose, guillotine shear that ensure cold metal fabrication will bring stable metal condition instead of heat cutting methods. Meanwhile, guillotine shear has faster cutting speed. Further more, it brings flat cutting edge of thick plate.
